There now follows a list of useful links to those who support revival and reggae on many different forms. Have a look about.
WWW.JAMANREGGAEMUSIC.COM Website run by one Dudley ‘Manzie’ Swaby. Owner of the top notch Manzie, Heavyweight and Ja Man labels which released some truly massive tunes. The site contains a shop, discography of releases and label scans from one of the best mid to late 70’s (and into the 80’s!) roots labels. (see archive label scan page)
WWW.XRAYMUSIC.CO.UK Nice website with a huge amount of label scans (something I never tire of looking at). Detailed lists of releases by Dennis Brown, Tubbys, Toots and the Maytals and Phase One. Lp’s and 7’s and 12’s. Hours of fun.
WWW.PODOMATIC.COM I am only just working out how to use the internet, but technology stands still for no man and now we have Podcasts. I havent got an Ipod (and probably wouldn’t know how to use one if I did own one!), but you can play these while you work on your computer, I suspect you can burn them to disc as well as to your Ipod. I think these are a good idea. Dancecrasher has numerous pod casts on there (my favourite being the KG Imperial label special), Dub Organiser (Dave Hendley) also has a few including a great Studio One Roots special and there are quite a few descent ones from people all around the world. May well have to look into that for Revival Pressure. Stay tuned.
WWW.DOWNBEAT-SPECIAL.CO.UK Website connected to Rob Chapman (of Downbeat and Never grow old Coxsone discography fame). Nice and clean site with features nice Studio One labels, shop selling various Studio One Long players, news and some Studio One rarities. Well worth a look.

WWW.DUBVENDOR.CO.UK -Top site for the legendary shops in Ladbroke Grove and Clapham as well as probably the best organised mail order service for all your reggae needs.
WWW.REGGAE.CO.UK-Website for the sadly no more Downbeat Records who used to have one hell of a shop down in Waterloo. Now operating on-line selling.
WWW.PRESSURE.CO.UK- Home of Pressure Sounds. A top re-issuing label who seem to specialising in compilations of the smaller labels. See album guide.
WWW.BLOODANDFIRE.CO.UK–Very important label putting out hard to find, prime time reggae releases. Very good, updated site.
WWW.JAHSHAKASOUNDSYSTEM.COM -Such an artist deserves a website and luckily he has. Check out the list of albums, flyers, upcoming events.
WWW.RASTAITES.COM - Already recommended in the events page, but very good website as well. Features, articles and photos. As well as the best events page.
WWW.REGGAENEWS.CO.UK-Recommended in the events page, but their site is a lot more comprehensive than that. Features galore.
WWW.SOUNDCLASH.ORG Home to the Clash Hi-fi chaps who not only put on shows in Brighton, London and France but have a comprehensive internet radio archive with shows from Tim P (Dancecrasher and Tighten Up), Zinc Fence, Jack Johnson and many more. Well worth a listen.
WWW.BURNINGSPEAR.NET Official website for one of the most important artists in reggae music. Interviews, photos, info and online store makes this a very comprehensive site. Also in the pipeline is a discography of Burning Spear 7’s and 12’s
WWW.JAHOBSERVER.COM Website for the mighty Jah Observer Sound System who put on regular sessions around London and of course, every year, the Notting Hill Carnival.
